Our trip, planned around the eclipse viewing and a family reunion, was perfectly situated in downtown Lima at Wingate by Wyndham. the spacious room, equipped with a microwave and fridge, was a comfortable retreat after exploring Veterans Memorial Park. the accommodating staff made our stay even more enjoyable, anticipating the influx of eclipse visitors. the convenient amenities like free WiFi and a fitness center were a welcome bonus, and the late check-out allowed me to rest before our long drive home.
